Physical Education & Fitness Well-Being I
This engaging Physical Education class is designed for children ages 6–9 in the Fundamental Movement Stage. Through fun, structured activities, students will build essential movement skills while developing confidence, teamwork, and a lifelong appreciation for staying active.
Each 90-minute session focuses on helping children improve coordination, balance, and overall fitness in a supportive and encouraging environment. Activities include games, skill-building exercises, and group challenges that promote both individual growth and social interaction.
Core areas of focus include:
Developing fundamental motor skills and movement patterns
Understanding movement concepts and basic strategies through play
Building health-related fitness such as strength, endurance, and flexibility
Practicing responsible behavior, cooperation, and teamwork
Encouraging personal health, positive habits, and overall well-being
Our goal is to create a positive experience where every child feels motivated to participate, learn new skills, and enjoy being physically active.
