Physical Education, Health & Wellness II
This engaging Physical Education class is designed for children ages 9–12 in the Skill Development & Sport Readiness stage. Through structured activities and dynamic gameplay, students will refine movement skills, build athletic confidence, and develop a deeper understanding of fitness and teamwork.
Each 90-minute session focuses on improving coordination, agility, strength, and overall physical performance in a supportive and motivating environment. Activities include skill development drills, group games, and introductory sport-based challenges that encourage both individual progress and collaboration.
Core areas of focus include:
Advancing motor skills and movement patterns
Applying movement concepts and basic sport strategies
Building health-related fitness such as strength, endurance, and flexibility
Strengthening responsible behavior, teamwork, and sportsmanship
Promoting personal health, goal-setting, and overall well-being
Our goal is to create a positive and engaging experience where students feel empowered to challenge themselves, develop new skills, and enjoy being active while preparing for lifelong fitness and sport participation.
